Payments and sales tax
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

ScreenSavior.fi charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to shipping and handling charges. The sales tax shown at Checkout is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Shiping and handling
Standard orders should be delivered within 2 to 7 business days following order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

We offer free shipping on all Standard orders, regardless of the size and weight of your package.

We also offer DHL Express Tracking for 5,50€.

There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.

Sales area
The products sold online are shipped worldwide.

Reclamation and defective product
If the buyer is supplied with the wrong product, the product is damaged or defective, the customer must inform the seller (Optitune Oy) immediately. You can make your eeclamatio via our support form.

Returns
You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. Optitune Oy will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged or altered and that all labels and tags are attached.

The customer is responsible for the return costs.

Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Optitune Oy may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
