Payment and taxes
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments. For orders of more than 15 pcs ask about invoicing possibility.

Taxes are calculated depending on regulations in the state or country of shipping address. Handling and shipping costs may be under tax regulation too. Total amount of tax figures at the check out is an estimation and final tax is calculated and corrected before your order is being shipped out.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are beign shipped out within 2-7 work days from order confirmation. Seasonal variation may occur. We don’t charge extra if your order is delivered in partial shipments.

Sales Area
Products sold in ScreenSavior.fi are delivered worldwide.

Returns
If you ever happen to receive a wrong, faulty or broken product, please inform Optitune Oy immediately. You have right to return your ScreenSavior™ product or change it to another one in 14 days from receiving it. In the case of a wrong product we will happily replace it with a correct one, but only if the product is as good as a new one: package and its labels and stickers still intact. In the unexpected case of a faulty product, contact us immediately and explain us what has happened. Customer is liable to carry all return shipment costs.

Web Sales Refunds
We will refund your payment on the same credit card that was used for initial order. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. When a product is returned we will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive your shipment. It may take up to two weeks before you can see our refund on your account.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before the actual handling of it. You will receive a confirmation email when you order is being shipped out.

Optitune Oy has right to cancel your order in any situation. This kind of situation could be: discontinued product, pricing typo on our web page or rejected credit card payment.
